What is a girl to do? Her man is heading off to the course for his typical Saturday round and she wishes she could go along. If you are beginning to want to have golf as part of your romantic life with your man, good for you!

Getting some lessons and a couple of buddies of your own to practice with is critical. You do need some basic knowledge to get into golf but once you have some experience under your belt, now what?

Here are the Top Ten Things You Can Say To Turn On Your Golfer:

10. Do you want to go to the driving range?

9. We can still get nine holes in before dark.

8. Could we stop at Pro Golf and look around?

7. How about putting for an hour and then going to happy hour?

6. Could we watch the Sunday round on Tivo this morning?

5. Can I drop your clubs off at the shop for regripping?

4. Would you show me how you do that shot?

3. Just once I would love to hit it as far as you do!

2. Thanks for taking me out to the course today.

1. It isn’t dark yet, wanna play another hole?

Before long you will have your own top ten list filled with golf connectors to YOUR man. Take the necessary baby steps and he will welcome you with open arms. Golf course time with your honey is lots of fun, you just want to make sure that you focus on your own game and get your golf confidence squared away first!

Lastly understand that he has his buddies and his game and that YOUR time with him will most likely be separate from that. Once he understands that you don’t want in on HIS time as much as you want to create OUR time out there, he will be game, trust me!
